Selfie Spots
From the Tourist Information Centre, we invite you to participate in our “Selfie Spot” initiative as part of our tourism campaign: “Coria awaits you. Come, feel it”. Capture the best memories of the City of Coria in your selfies with the most iconic sights of this millenary and historical city in the background and allow us to share our traditions and best-kept treasures through your lens.
All you have to do is follow the locations marked on the floor with blue signs and show them on Facebook (Oficina Turismo Coria – Cáceres) and Instagram (@coria.ayuntamiento) using the unique hashtags of each of the six selfie spots to help us promote them in a fun way.
Coria awaits you, come, feel it!
The City of Coria invites its visitors to capture their best memories in selfies infused with history, adventure, fun, excitement, wonder and thrilling moments that can be experienced even today, by engaging all five senses, inside the ancient Roman City Walls that surround its Historic Centre. The streets of this old town were once trodden by the likes of Vetton leaders, Roman consuls, Visigoth counts, Andalusian viziers, and even Leonese kings, canons, prelates and marquesses, as well as peasants and simple shepherds through the millennia of uninterrupted history.
