Elaborados con ingredientes aut\u00f3ctonos como la miel, el aceite de oliva y los frutos secos, destacan delicias como las perrunillas, los mantecados, las roscas de vino y el turr\u00f3n de Castuera, reconocido por su calidad artesanal. Estos dulces no solo forman parte de las mesas festivas, sino que tambi\u00e9n reflejan el saber hacer transmitido de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n, manteniendo vivas las costumbres locales. Adem\u00e1s, su producci\u00f3n impulsa la econom\u00eda rural y el peque\u00f1o comercio, consolidando su importancia en la identidad gastron\u00f3mica extreme\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div m\u00e1s de 500 toneladas de turr\u00f3n al mercado nacional e internacional al a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de aquellas otras poblaciones que cuentan con conventos, pasteler\u00edas y obradores, y muy concretamente el Convento de la Madre de Dios de Coria, sobre cuyos antiguos muros conventuales se proyectan el silencio monacal y la buena reposter\u00eda artesanal de la cocina
