Il faut donc que vous d\u00e9gustiez les plats typiques de &#8220;queue&#8221; et les &#8220;rago\u00fbts&#8221;, notamment le &#8220;rago\u00fbt de viande de taureau&#8221; pendant la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration des <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turismocoria.es\/turismo\/fr\/fetes-et-evenements\/fetes-de-san-juan-saint-jean\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"8791\">F\u00eates de Saint-Jean<\/a><\/span><\/strong> (Fiestas de San Juan), sans oublier non plus le retinto d&#8217;Estr\u00e9madure, une race bovine indig\u00e8ne qui offre l&#8217;une des meilleures viandes \u00e0 la coupe les plus pures d&#8217;Espagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et aussi d&#8217;autres recettes populaires typiques confectionn\u00e9es lors des anciennes journ\u00e9es culinaires, comme par exemple les &#8220;chanfainas&#8221; ou les &#8220;calderetas&#8221; (rago\u00fbts \u00e0 base de mouton), en passant par les &#8220;migas&#8221; pastorales et les d\u00e9licieux &#8220;mojos&#8221; et &#8220;escab\u00e8ches&#8221; de bogas, de barbeaux et de tanche. Une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de plats succulents et int\u00e9ressants, qui se voient enrichis par les pr\u00e9parations dont ils font l\u2019objet dans les restaurants modernes de la ville \u00e0 base des produits collect\u00e9s sur le terroir de Coria : c\u00e8pes, criadillas (type de truffe) et asperges sauvages si particuliers dans cet environnement. Un large r\u00e9pertoire gastronomique, qui doit \u00e9galement inclure les splendides p\u00e2tisseries populaires, en plus de celles artisanales des <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">sucreries conventuelles<\/span><\/strong> confectionn\u00e9es par les v\u00e9n\u00e9rables religieuses franciscaines du <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/turismocoria.es\/turismo\/fr\/lieux-a-ne-pas-manquer\/couvent-de-la-mere-de-dieu\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"8306\">Couvent de la M\u00e8re de Dieu<\/a><\/span><\/strong> (Convento de la Madre de Dios).
