Une charpente qui a permis de dresser trois \u00e9normes arches de 50 m\u00e8tres de lumi\u00e8re sur d&#8217;\u00e9paisses poutres de fer qui ont permis une voie de 178,30 m\u00e8tres de long sur 7,78 m\u00e8tres de large.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du point de vue structurel, quatre pilastres \u00e9pais, reposant sur de solides fondations en b\u00e9ton hydraulique, d&#8217;une \u00e9paisseur comprise entre 2,60 et 3,00 m\u00e8tres et r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en pierre de taille granitique parfaitement \u00e9quarrie, servait d\u2019avant-bec circulaire des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s permettant d\u2019appuyer et de soutenir cet imposant ouvrage d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9tallique qui reliait les deux rives, s\u00e9par\u00e9es depuis 1647 en raison de la d\u00e9rivation naturelle de la rivi\u00e8re, apr\u00e8s sa derni\u00e8re inauguration officielle qui eut lieu le 2 ao\u00fbt 1910, avec un co\u00fbt final des travaux d&#8217;un montant de 644 248,89 pesetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
