wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>La fertilidad de la Vega del Alag\u00f3n propici\u00f3, desde los primeros albores de la Prehistoria, el asentamiento del hombre en hordas o bandas con el objeto de aprovechar estas tierras.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta primera evidencia humana detectada en el t\u00e9rmino municipal de Coria se desprende del elevado n\u00famero de \u00fatiles l\u00edticos pertenecientes al Paleol\u00edtico Inferior (1.500.000 a 100.000 a\u00f1os a.C.), realizados en su mayor parte en cuarcita, aparecidos en diversos yacimientos datados a finales del Achelense Antiguo (aproximadamente 300.000 a\u00f1os a.C.) y esparcidos por diversos puntos de la terraza fluvial del r\u00edo Alag\u00f3n pr\u00f3ximos a la pedan\u00eda de
